Est. 2026 - A chef-owned Chicagoland market in the making

Chef owned.
Community nourished.

Manno's Market is a chef-owned Chicagoland market in the making, celebrating local farmers and ranchers through private dining, provisions, and honest cooking built on more than thirty years in the kitchen.

The Manno Method begins with a simple standard: honor the ingredient, name the producer, cook with intention, and make every meal feel like an occasion.

Private dining, provisions, culinary consulting, and community pop-ups are available now.

The market

Fine dining technique.
Family table warmth.

After more than thirty years in food service and corporate culinary research and development, Chef Michael Manno started Manno's Market with a simple conviction: the best food honors the people who grew it and the people gathered to eat it.

Every plate begins with local farmers and ranchers. Every engagement ends the way every good meal should, around a table that feels like family.

Built to close the distance between the field and the fork, Manno's Market brings restaurant-caliber food to the tables of today while building toward a lasting neighborhood market for tomorrow. Food Emancipation starts here, with better relationships to the land, the people who grow our food, and the people gathered to share it.

From the land

Celebrating local farmers & ranchers.

Manno's Market exists to close the distance between the field and the fork. Menus follow the season, producers are named and thanked, and the people who raise the food are treated as partners, not suppliers.

When you eat here, you taste the region, at its peak, on its best day.

This is regional food commons storytelling: a place where the people who grow the food, cook the food, and share the food all have a place in the story.

While the physical market is planned for 2028, the kitchen is already in motion. Through private dining, offsite events, pop-ups, provisions, and culinary collaborations, Chef Michael Manno brings restaurant-caliber cooking directly to homes, private venues, and the wider Chicagoland community.
